| Mr. Bates has been practicing Criminal/DUI/OVI defense in Northwest, Ohio for nearly 20 years. He is a graduate of Purdue University, BA '83, and of The University of Cincinnati College of Law, JD '86. In 2003 he opened his own practice devoted soley to defending those accused of all crimes, with a primary focus on OVI defense. He has spoken at numerous Legal Conferences on subjects related to Criminal and OVI defense and regulary attends National DUI Defense seminars. Mr. Bates does not handle court appointed or public defender cases and has maintained a thriving practice solely on retained clients. His two staff members are well versed in the procedural needs of OVI clients. |
